Sourcing materials:

Residency Projects sourced as many natural fiber, Australin grown and Australian owned materials as possible. Below is video documentation taken during a site visit to the rope factory outside Melbourne. This is the cotton sash cord rope used in Kato’s installation, made using Australian grown cotton in a family run factory.
